Our CPR/First Aid courses are taught by Certified ASHI Instructors. ASHI programs meet and exceed the guidelines for OSHA, CDC, Virginia Dept. of Social Services and many other agencies.

Our instructors are experienced Healthcare Providers who are also trained in the ART of Adult Education.  Classes are made interesting through humor and real-life experiences.

Our Wilderness First Aid program is a two day, sixteen hour course designed to prepare people for delayed advanced care. Designed for Boy and Girl Scouts, Scout Leaders, Outdoorsman, Hunters, etc.

This Training covers the OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1030 Standard for Bloodborne Pathogen Awareness Training.  Subjects covered include : engineering and work practice controls, personal protective clothing and equipment, training, medical surveillance, Hepatitis B vaccination, signs and labels, and other provisions of the standard.
